Accessing the Dropbox

Below are the instructions on how to access both the Newton le Willows dropbox and the dropbox in Garswood:

Newton le Willows Drop Box:

1. Contact us for the Newton le Willows address and lock code for the key box.

2. Go to the address and look for the bright blue box with a sloth on it

3. Use the code to open the small key box and retrieve the key

4. Open the door on the blue box using the key and collect your items (please be aware there may be multiple items in the dropbox, only retrieve the items issued to you)

5. Re lock the blue box using the key

6. Return the key to the small key box and re lock it by moving the code wheel.

Culcheth Drop Box:

1. Contact us for the Culcheth address and lock code.

2. Go to the address and find the white box (Hint: It's just inside the gate)

3. Use the code to unlock the box and place your return inside. (Please also include a note with your return confirming your name, we have a number of identical items and without a note we may not be able to identify who has returned!)

4. Relock the box by moving the code wheel.

5. Make sure to contact us as soon as you can so we can empty the box ready for the next person!

Garswood Drop Box:

1. Contact us for the Garswood address and lock code.

2. Go to the address and find the white box.

3. Use the code to unlock the box and collect your items (please be aware there may be multiple items in the dropbox, only retrieve the items issued to you)

4. Relock the box by moving the code wheel.
