How do I get in touch with you?

We are available via email and Facebook messenger during school hours Monday - Friday

 

Will you remind me that my hire is due back?

Yes, you’ll receive an email 5 days before it’s due back. Please add donotreply@myturn.com to your safe sender list to ensure it doesn’t go to junk mail

 

How do I return my hire?

Hires can be returned to any library session (see the calendar here) to our drop boxes in Garswood and Newton-le-Willows, or posted back

 

Can I renew if I want to keep my hire longer?

Yes, the process is listed on our website for slings and nappies, in your reminder email, or you can contact us for information

 

Can you remind me of how to use my hire?

Yes, you can find instructions in your hire confirmation email, click on the name of the item you have hired and you’ll find a page with details and instructions. You can also email or message us with any questions and there are videos here

After Free Hire - Frequently Asked Questions

At the end of your free hire you have three options:

  • Return to a session, our dropboxes in Newton le Willows or Garswood or via post - ask for details.

  • Renew your hire at £6 per week or £35 for three months. Details are in your reminder email that arrives five days before the end of your hire

  • Purchase a wrap; there are lots of superb companies out there such as Hana, Boba, Izmi, Lifft and local company Joy and Joe Baby. You can find lots of Amazon links here and if you choose to purchase this way we earn credits to go towards library purchases.

If you wish to purchase a different brand we recommend that you check manufacturers insurance, dye toxicity and testing. Or ask us for assistance

If we have just helped you with your own slings, carriers or nappies, it could’ve been a quick adjustment/check or an in depth guide showing you how to use it. Here are some frequently asked questions.

Can I come back again?

Absolutely! There’s no limit to how often you come and see us, we will always offer free advice so that there are fewer barriers to asking for help.

Are you sure it’s free?

Yes. It may be one of the worst business ideas ever especially as we get no outside funding but it’s something we stand by. Offering free advice means that anyone can get help from us and that is one of our core values. Can I hire one of your carriers or nappy kits?

Yes. Sometimes your own items might end up not being entirely suitable, you want to try something different or you need something to tide you over until your child is big enough for your own sling or nappies. This is where we come in with our low cost hire we can help bridge the gap.
